Our ExpertsCredit Dynamics & Design founded by Erich, leverages decades of expertise in credit risk analysis and management to provide data-driven solutions for community banks and financial institutions. As a former Partner at Credit Risk Management LLC (CRM), Erich played a key role in growing the company from a startup to a national leader with over 50 employees, serving 250+ banks and generating $8M-$12M in annual revenue. His experience includes developing credit underwriting models, risk rating systems, and managing credit loss estimates with proven accuracy during economic challenges, ensuring Credit Dynamics & Design delivers trusted, high-quality financial insights.
Jason Heaton is a seasoned banking and financial professional with over a decade of experience in treasury management, credit underwriting, and commercial real estate valuation. As the principal of FINCRED Consulting, he provides expert advisory services in balance sheet management, credit analysis, and due diligence. Previously, Jason held progressive roles at United Community Banks, culminating as Assistant Vice President and Senior Investment Portfolio Analyst, where he managed the bank’s collateral swap book, counterparty credit risk, and investment portfolio strategy. With additional expertise as a certified commercial real estate appraiser and in retail wealth management, Jason brings a comprehensive perspective to financial solutions. He holds a BBA in Finance from Mercer University.
Feras Shammami brings over 25 years of expertise in banking and finance, having started his career as a credit analyst and underwriter. He advanced to Vice President and Relationship Manager roles, specializing in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending, investment real estate, and non-profit clients. Feras is known for his expertise in Treasury Management Products and structuring complex loans to meet diverse client needs.
Throughout his career, Feras has held key positions at JPMorgan Chase and prominent community banks in Metro Detroit, earning recognition as Banker of the Year and a member of the President’s Club. In 2018, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded a consulting business focused on helping small businesses and entrepreneurs secure funding through traditional loans, SBA loans, and private equity.
Feras holds a BS in Accounting, MS in Computer information Systems, and an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy, demonstrating his strong foundation in both finance and technology.
