As a former Partner at Credit Risk Management LLC (CRM), Erich played a key role in growing the company from a startup to a national leader with over 50 employees, serving 250+ banks and generating $8M-$12M in annual revenue. His experience includes developing credit underwriting models, risk rating systems, and managing credit loss estimates with proven accuracy during economic challenges, ensuring Credit Dynamics & Design delivers trusted, high-quality financial insights.
Jason Heaton is a seasoned banking and financial professional with over a decade of experience in treasury, credit underwriting, and commercial real estate valuation. As the principal of FINCRED Consulting, he provides expert advisory services in balance sheet management, credit analysis, and due diligence. Previously, Jason held progressive roles at a regional community bank, culminating as Assistant Vice President and Senior Investment Portfolio Analyst, where he helped manage the bank’s collateral swap book, counterparty credit risk, and investment portfolio strategy. With additional expertise as a certified commercial real estate appraiser and in retail wealth management, Jason brings a comprehensive perspective to financial solutions. He holds a BBA in Finance from Mercer University.
